Jungle Safari & Canter Safari Payments are non-refundable

Jungle Safari / Canter Safari charges are non-refundable. Current booking safari charges will

be refunded in case booking is not confirmed.

Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/ taxes, fuel cost or guide charges the same would be charged as extra.

Big Cat Holiday’s current/tatkal reservations

Send your reservation request at least one day in advance.
There is no guarantee that the present booking will be confirmed in full.
You can choose from any one of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve’s 1 to 10 safari zones.
A reservation for a specific zone is not guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate your requests.

Reminders for Jungle Safari Booking:

Safari reservations must be made with full payment in advance.
Every visitor must present identification.
On confirmed reservations, there is no room for cancellation or refund.
A reservation cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person.
The identical ID card that you provided for the online reservation must be carried on your person.
Safari reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
Reservations for foreign visitors must include passport information.
First come, first served is the policy for issuing safari permits (subject to availability).
Without giving visitors any advance notice, a park may close.
Visitors will be required to pay the difference at the time of entry into the park in the
event that fees change after the reservation.
The tourists must arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes before the safari is due to
leave.

Note that:

All reservations are provisional in nature and are subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director, Big Cat Holiday, without providing a reason. This includes reservations for admission into and stays in the Big Cat Holiday. Your acceptance of any and all of the terms and conditions listed above is implied when you make a reservation. Under no circumstances shall a safari be cancelled or refunded, and no request for a refund or rescheduled safari shall be considered.
